Elevate Career Awareness and Mentorship Program

for  High School Students

A virtual career awareness and mentorship program focused on majority Black high school students with an aim to showcase career diversity through representation by connecting students to young Black professionals (mentors) from diverse professions, career fields, and industries. The program runs on a weekly basis with students/mentees expected to participate in all sessions while mentors/professionals commit to ONE weekly session (2 hours).

PARTNER WITH US

Our goal is to bring career diversity awareness and mentorship to over 200 (majority black) High School Students a year from disadvantaged and low income communities in Ontario through the Elevate Career Mentorship Program at no financial cost to the students and their families. As a non-profit organization, we can only do this through your support.

From donations in-kind such as technology and labour-hours (for mentors) to monetary donations, this program needs your support to not only be successful but to be impactful!
